“We just got married here and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, outside garden area and beautiful architecture. What an amazing venue. Every aspect of this place was simply perfect.

The location is intimate and warm. Nothing beats the ambiance of the place and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went.

There was plenty of places for the guest to go and sit while waiting for us to finish taking pictures. The sound was great in the hall. The views were simply amazing. Very beautiful. We had a wonderful time.

The team at the Chapel are amazing and were so helpful and professional the entire way through and even on the day. Always on hand to give advice or help when needed. Lots of lovely hotels to stay in just a short walk away as well.

The price is very affordable, but the location seems like it should be worth a lot more. The photo opportunities are plentiful and we got some amazing shots with a lot of different backgrounds. All and all, my husband and I were very happy with this venue and we are happy recommend it to all our friends for any event. All our expectations were met and then some.”

“The Old Chapel Centre is the most gorgeous wedding venue in the heart of Alfriston village. We fitted 85 people into the hall without a problem! The atmosphere was amazing and we were able to decorate the chapel as we wished.  Everyone was saying how quaint and beautiful the room was with the tall ceilings and windows that let the sun flood in.  From the moment we booked the Chapel two years prior, we were supported tremendously by Anne and the team.  I couldn’t recommend the Old Chapel in Alfriston enough. Just wonderful!”

“Jon and I had the most wonderful wedding at the Old Chapel Centre. The team went above and beyond to accommodate what we wanted and even helped us decorate the chapel (we do live in the village!). With fresh flowers and fairy lights the beautiful hall looked amazing and we were thrilled with the support we received from Rev Tabraham who conducted the marriage ceremony for us. Again, he gave us so much help and guided us on the service, so it worked exactly how we wanted it to be. We used the hall for a reception after the ceremony and that too was very special, using a local food supplier and BBQ in the garden. The OCC is such a magical space – we can’t recommend it highly enough and it’s also very reasonably priced.“
